Brainless laws we would like to be rid of

Not much to argue with there, but the "Civil Contingency Act" sneaked in behind the ban on hunting would be at the top of my list

Is that the one that lets them detain people for however long they want if they think they might be a terrorist?
Mike you are correct, it also allows any minister junior or senior to stop meetings, cut off water electric gas etc.
It is a nasty piece of legislation.
Bought in behind the hunting bill, a sneaky move we should expect from this Government. Like buring bad news when a catasrophe happens, these are sick people running bour country.
